1. General provisions
1.1. These terms govern the use of the AzatTime website, mobile app and related services ("the platform"), operated by [legal name, registration number, address].
1.2. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Our role
AzatTime is a booking marketplace. It connects customers with independent businesses and gives both sides tools to book and manage appointments. The service you book is provided by the business, not by AzatTime. The contract for that service is between you and the business. We are not a party to it and do not set the business's prices, hours or policies.
3. Accounts
3.1. You must be at least [18] years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and give true and current information.
3.2. You verify your email before you can sign in. An account whose email is not verified within 7 days is removed.
3.3. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse. After repeated wrong passwords we may ask for a CAPTCHA or make you wait.
3.4. A person may hold a customer and a business role on one account. You may not sell or transfer an account.
3.5. We may suspend or stop an account that breaks these terms or the law. A stopped account cannot sign in.
4. Customers and bookings
4.1. You choose a business, service, staff member (where offered), date and time from the free times shown. Times are shown in your account's time zone; the business's schedule follows its own location's time zone.
4.2. A booking is confirmed at once or only after the business approves it, depending on that business's settings. A booking waiting for approval is held for a limited time and expires if the business does not answer.
4.3. Cancelling and rescheduling follow the business's rules (for example, a minimum notice) shown to you. A business may propose a different time for an existing appointment; it changes only if you accept.
4.4. After the visit the business records the result (completed or no-show). A business may refuse customers who repeatedly do not show up.
4.5. Payment for a service is made to the business, not to AzatTime. [The platform does not take online payments for services.]
4.6. A business may book on your behalf (for example by phone). You may be booked without an account; if the business gives your email, we may send you booking emails.
4.7. Favorites are private to you.
5. Businesses
5.1. You confirm that you may lawfully offer the services you list and that your profile, prices, hours, photos and staff details are accurate and kept current.
5.2. You are responsible for your services, staff, licences, taxes, and relationships with customers, including keeping a booking you confirmed.
5.3. Customers' details are given to you only to provide the booked service. Use them in line with the law and our Privacy Policy. Do not send marketing to a customer who did not agree to receive it from you, and do not sell or share their data.
5.4. You may invite staff by email; an invited person joins your business only when they accept. You are responsible for who you give access to.
5.5. Plans and limits. Each plan has capabilities and limits (for example locations, staff, services, bookings per month). Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing; it only blocks adding new items above the limit.
5.6. Offers. A free period or welcome offer is available only on the terms shown, once per business, and may be changed or ended for new sign-ups.
5.7. Payment. [Subscription payments are currently recorded by our administrators after you pay by [methods].] If a period ends unpaid, you have a grace period of [2] days; after that your business is locked: you can sign in but cannot use bookings, the calendar or customers, and the business is hidden from search. Your data is kept and returns when payment is recorded.
5.8. We may suspend or stop your business, in whole or part, if it breaks these terms or the law. Customers' existing appointments are then handled as the platform shows.
5.9. Business reviews of customers (section 6) must be fair and based on the visit.
6. Reviews
6.1. Only a completed appointment can be reviewed: a customer may review the business, and the business may review the customer. A review must be honest, based on that visit, and free of insults, threats, advertising and unnecessary personal data.
6.2. Reviews can be written and edited within [2 days] after the visit is recorded as completed, then they are fixed. Authors cannot delete a review after that; an administrator may hide one that breaks these rules, and the author is told.
6.3. A business can reply once to a review about it.
6.4. A business's review of a customer is public and shows the customer's first name and the initial of the surname. If the result is later corrected to no-show, the customer's review of that visit is hidden.
6.5. If an account is closed, its reviews stay and show "Former customer".
7. AI assistant
7.1. The assistant is optional and needs your consent. It may be wrong and does not give medical, legal or other professional advice.
7.2. It cannot change a booking by itself. A change happens only when you press Confirm on the card it shows; check the details before you confirm.
7.3. Its use may be limited by your plan (for businesses) or by fair-use limits.
8. Emails and notifications
We send service emails and in-app notices needed to run your account and bookings; you cannot opt out of these while you have an account. Marketing is sent only with your consent (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Rules of conduct
You must not: break the law; give false identity or information; harass others; scrape, overload or attack the platform; bypass security, limits or the CAPTCHA; upload malware or unlawful content; make bookings you do not intend to keep; use the platform to send unsolicited advertising.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of your content (photos, descriptions, reviews). You give us a non-exclusive licence to host and show it on the platform for as long as you keep it there, and confirm that you have the rights to it. Public business pages (profile, services, prices, reviews) are visible to everyone.
11. Our rights
The platform, its design, name and logo belong to [company]. You receive a personal, limited, revocable right to use it. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
12. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous operation but do not promise the platform is always available or free of errors. We may change or stop features and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Free times shown may change before you book; the booking is final only when the platform confirms it.
13. Liability
To the extent Armenian law allows, AzatTime is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services provided by businesses, for a business's cancellation or delay, for what customers or businesses write, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Lawyer to set any cap.]
14. Ending
14.1. You may stop using the platform at any time. To delete your account write to [email] [or: use Settings].
14.2. We may end access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature continue (content licence, reviews, liability, disputes) stay in force.
15. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We publish the new version with its date and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept them.
16. Law and disputes
Armenian law applies. We try to settle disputes by negotiation; otherwise the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia decide. Consumers keep the rights given to them by Armenian consumer law.
